Used case for 1st time ans the handle is stuck in the upright position.

"Great quality luggage and lovely colour! It was the first time I'd purchased luggage with zipped compartments on both sides on a case and this was really beneficial keeping all of my clothes and items packed neatly. The additional zipped smaller compartment was ideal for keeping shoes away from my clothes.
