"Accidentally booked standard delivery but customer service were very good, unable to change delivery to next day but did change delivery address for me
Used the medium one for a week long trip away going by train
Light and easy to manoeuvre, but still felt solid
Price similar to other less quality brands but was advised to stick with your good, well known, standard brand as we’ve had your cases before and been very pleased with them (but needed the medium as the large is just too heavy when filled to get in and off trains easily) I also have a large higher end brand case that isn’t particularly different in quality
Plenty of room and like the option to expand width ways
Purchased with the cabin bag that hasn’t been used..yet..
Packaged well and delivered in five days
Oh and I love the colour"

"As a family, Tripp suitcases have been our preferred option. We have the Large and the small cabin cases which have been very reliable, durable,
and well travelled. My oldest large Tripp case 10 years old and still going strong, although one of the wheels is ‘feeling its age’. This time I purchased the Cruise Acia medium suitcase (expandable), as I felt I wanted something more manageable size wise without compromising space too much. My holiday was a nine nighter and I was really happy with the spaciousness of the case. I used compression packing cubes, packed everything in and the weight came in just under my 20kg baggage allowance. I wanted a lightweight case and this was one of the lightest at 3.6kg. The case was expandable but to be honest I didn’t need to use it. With that in mind I’m happy in the idea that I could go for longer and the medium case will
be perfect for me. I choose the açai which is a purple, online I thought it looked a bit more burgundy, but it’s definitely a strong purple … I love the colour. The case did pick up a few scuffs but nothing that upset me or has changed my opinion on the quality."
