Delivery Options

We aim to deliver to you within the timeframes mentioned below, however during busy sale periods or for reasons outside of our control, deliveries may take longer than advised.  

Please rest assured that your order will be dispatched and delivered to you as soon as possible.  You will receive email updates from us when your order is dispatched and once this happens, you will receive it within 1-2 working days.

For orders over €130, a customs duty is payable because Tripp is a UK based company and not in the EU.  There may be additional customs clearance related charges but you will be contacted and advised on these by the carrier DPD ahead of delivery.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and will not be able to advise what they might be.  Unfortunately we are not able to offer any further assistance on this matter.  We would advise you to check the import charges applicable before you place your order.

For orders over €100, Tripp offers a FREE standard 5-7 working day delivery service, a saving of €6.

Once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details.  All deliveries will be completed Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. unfortunately we are not able to deliver at weekends. We deliver to any address in the Republic of Ireland and a signature is required for all deliveries.  We aim to deliver your order within the time frame specified however during busier sale periods or extreme weather conditions, delivery times may be extended for reasons beyond our control.  Orders are despatched from our UK warehouse.

If you are unavailable to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted. Please follow instructions on this card.  Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour.  If this does happen you will be advised of this on the calling card.
