Spare Parts

Something come loose or stopped working on your case? If it's a manufacturing fault and your case is still within its 5 year guarantee, we'll send you a free replacement part where we have one and get you rolling again.

What we can send

For most of our hard-side collections:

• Wheels
• TSA locks
• Zip pulls

For our soft-side collections:

• Zip pulls

We also keep a small stock of other parts. If you need something that isn't listed, ask our team and they'll check for you.

Spare parts come in a universal black finish. They'll be compatible with your case, but they may not match the colour of the original parts.

Good to know

• Parts are free, but only for faults covered by the guarantee. We don't sell spare parts separately.
• We can't supply parts after the 5 years are up. If something isn't right, it's best to get in touch sooner rather than later.
• Normal wear and tear isn't covered. The guarantee is for manufacturing faults.
• It depends on what's in stock. If we can't get the part, we'll replace your item with an equivalent product.

How to request a part

Email our team at customerservice@tripp.co.uk and they'll arrange for the part to be sent out to you. To help them find the right part quickly, please include, your order number, detail of the issue, the name of your collection/product and size and a photo of the faulty part.
