"Definitely a good buy. This is my 4th Tripp suitcase, 3 different sizes & 1 for my partner.
Prices are good, choices are excellent & when you have 20 -25kg the wheels glide along no problem.
Delivery service has never been an issue either.

"Sturdy yet sleek design and able to pack so much more and under the 25kg limit. Really like how the inside is split in two halves so can sort items and access them easier whilst distributing the weight better. Instructions for the combi lock were clear to understand. Highly recommend."

"Return journey heathrow to south east asia, luggage was wrapped to prevent scratching, twice it was dented. Easily pushed out back again from inside. For <100 gbp it is okay, wouldn’t buy it for a full price. Might consider entry level samsonite instead. Got the pics but not sure how to upload it here."

"The product it’s self was a little underwhelming the hard case was thinner than expected, however this has benefits as a solid hard case would probably crack when thrown about by baggage delivery services at the airport. However it could be thicker if only to add to the feeling of quality.

Near the corner area there are signs the zip has started to look like it might not last after one 2 week holiday with 4 flights involved. The suitcase hasn’t been over filled either which can cause a zip to be damaged.

Overall the case seems value for money and has done the job for 4 flights. The true test will be to see how long it lasts from here on out. It’s light and easy to wheel. The case is thinner than I expected but not an issue in doing it’s function. It has picked up marks and scratches but that is to be expected with the way baggage is handled."

"We bought 2 large sets (large, medium, cabin) for a big trip and paid more than we had in the past due to the reputation Tripp has and the reviews.
Having used these, we were feeling regret as the quality wasn't as great as we'd expected and not as great as an unknown brand we'd bought from previously.
Due to the colour and ridges, scuff marks from baggage handling show easily. One of our suitcases was dented in and it's hard to take out. As it's a dent and not broken baggage handling won't cover it. As it's the fault of the baggage handler, the warranty won't cover it."

"Feels a bit more flimsy than I was expecting from the photos (it looks to be a 'hard' shell but, unlike my previously bought Holiday 6 luggage in 2013, this plastic case will actually bow inwards if you apply any pressure to it...) It also lacks many of the previous thoughtful features, such as a double zippered flap compartment (for easy access from either side of the suitcase without all your things falling out) & sadly no more flap pouch between the two halves of the suitcase (was very useful for smaller belongings, such as jewellery).

It has survived 2 international flights so far without any denting or puncture wounds though, & the outer zippers are decent, so I'll rate it 4 stars instead of 3 for now then ;)"

"I’ve already taken this on planes, trains and automobiles and it held up well. You sometimes have to position the kids just right for it to zip up, but it’s not an issue. The two different compartments - one zip cover and one straps - are great and useful. I’m happy with it. It’s very light."
