"Love this case very sturdy but lightweight - the colour helped to identify case at airport"
By Mrs Helen Howe on 10th October 2026
"This is our third Tripp case of this size. We travel long haul regularly and the suitcase is extremely lightweight and robust. I particularly like the mesh zip up inside. I wouldn't consider any other make of luggage."

"As I already own a medium sized Tripp suitcase in bright yellow, which I've taken on many longhaul trips in the past 10 years, I felt it was time to upgrade to a larger one. Again, I chose a bright colour, pink, as they are so much easier to spot on the conveyor belt at the airport. I hope this one will serve me as well as the yellow one is still doing! A girl can never have too much space on trips to exciting places where everything on the shop shelves shrieks "Buy me, buy me!""

"Had tripp cases now about 15yrs but the older ones are better quality.
The zips seem very flimsy and could easily brake on these new ones."

"Lovely looking cases. Just used for 12 day / 8 different hotel trip around Sri Lanka. Easy for packing / wheeling etc. Easy to see on baggage reclaim
Only suggestion would be a handle both sides to help in and out of car boots …."

"Really pleased with my new suitcase, which I’ve just used on my holiday to Turkey. It’s robust enough to cope with everything involved in the journey but is also a perfect size to fit everything I needed in securely.
I found it very easy to manoeuvre around and for me particularly, I love the colour!"

"Very happy generally. Good size, great colour, nice and light and plenty of room. Had trouble engaging the zip in the lock. OK if case is stuffed full, else very difficult as so flexible. That apart, no complaints at the sale price I secured."

"This the second set of suitcases we've bought from Tripp. The first lot have served us extremely well for 7 years and are still going strong. Our family has grown since then so we grabbed a couple of these Holiday 8 ones for this year's trip. The quality is still the same, so I imagine they will last a long time. A couple of niggles with these new ones though: Firstly the zip ends are a bit fiddly to get into the locks. You have to position them exactly right and it's a bit frustrating if you're in a hurry. Secondly I've noticed that when the suitcase is full it's hard to close, as the fabric sides of the zips seem to buckle in on themselves and then misalign the teeth as you're trying to pull. Probably not described that in the best way but hopefully you know what I mean!! Anyway, these are minor issues and overall, we're still very pleased. Would buy from Tripp again for sure."

"This case was excellent. I could get all my packing to fit in. The. Zip section kept stuff separated aside but easily available.
Locking zips a wee bit footerie until I got used to them. Wheels smooth glide. Only regret was I wish I'd bought one size down as it was a big case for me to maneuver on and off transport. Lovely colour and quality."
