"The suitcase is nice. However if you have an issue, the customer service is slow. Takes them 3 days to reply to an email.
I had to return one case due to size and had to chase customer service for a return slip- it took 3 days for a response from email then another 3 days before I received return slip.
Then had to chase the refund.
The case took a few days to arrive back at their depot then the refund took a further 13 days to go back into my bank."

"It is a very nice case, quite sturdy and a lovely colour that makes it easy to spot. On my recent holiday when I retrieved my case it was dirty and slightly dented but I was able to wipe off the marks and it regained its shape."

Locking mechanism easy to change to desired code. Does not need another lock to secure."
