"The suitcase itself is excellent. The colour is lovely, it feels sturdy and has the security locks built in. Would have been a 5 but Tripp originally sent the wrong suitcase with a delivery note for someone else inside. The purchase was time critical as I was travelling shortly afterwards. As it wasn't my error I expected another to be sent out but Tripp would only replace once they had collected their mistake via DPD. Then the fun and games started with having to wait in and DPD 1 hr slots etc. This led to my neighbour having to wait in as I was at work..very inconvenient all round. Suitcase great, service..well we got there in the end."
