It uses recycled or eco-conscious materials, like post-consumer plastics, and often carries certifications that verify its eco credentials, all while staying durable and dependable. GRS stands for Global Recycled Standard. GRS-certified luggage contains verified recycled materials, ensuring both product quality and environmental responsibility through rigorous, independent standards. All of Tripp’s sustainable luggage cases are GRS-certified.

Recycled PET refers to material made from post-consumer plastic bottles that have been processed for reuse. It retains the durability you’d expect from standard luggage fabrics, with a much lower environmental footprint. It is also the material used for our soft shell luggage.

This is polypropylene that includes recycled plastic content, often sourced from products like white goods. It’s a strong, lightweight material that's more sustainable than entirely virgin plastics, without compromising performance. It is also the material used for our hard shell Explore collection.
