"The suitcase arrived in a torn plastic bag. The suitcase was zipped open and with marks all over it. There were no more in stock at the time to replace it. It has just been used on a long haul flight and it is a right mess, there’s more marks and scratches all over it. We have had Tripp cases for over 15 years that are still going strong these have been used on many long haul flights too. These new ones will definitely not last long, the quality has reduced. I wish I had bought a different brand now."

"The suitcases are good. Light, easy to move around. I have always bought Tripp. I bought suitcases about 16 years ago that we have used multiple times over the years for long haul flights. In fact 2 we have used this holiday.
We needed to top up, but the new ones do not seem the same quality although they have survived for our trip to Zimbabwe via Dubai, I do not believe they will last for another 16 years."
