Refund policy
Tripp will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of receipt. All products we sell are covered by our 28-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and we will give you a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.

For unused products that you have had for more than 28 days but are still in their original condition and saleable condition, as a gesture of goodwill and at our discretion, we would only offer an exchange and not a refund. We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website; however it is possible to do so in one of our stores depending on availability and territory.

 Condition of returns
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the items you buy as if you were in one of our stores.

However, whilst you are deciding whether to retain your purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition.

Therefore, please do not damage the goods whilst you inspect them (this also includes the packaging). You must ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you are unhappy with.

If there's a fault with the product...
We've made it easier!

If there is a fault with the product we will give you a replacement or an alternative product or you can opt for a refund. The alternative product will be of similar size/specification but may not be the same pattern/colour.

This provision does not affect your Statutory Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, full details of which are available from our local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards department.

Returns procedure

1-Return to a Debenhams store

The easiest way of returning your goods is to a Debenhams store with a Tripp concession where our Tripp staff can assist you with an exchange or refund. Please present your delivery note as proof of purchase.

If you require a refund, it will be processed back to the original card used for payment at our Head Office after the items are returned to the store.

If you require an exchange for a different product, this can be processed in store as long as the preferred item is available.

2. Returns via courier

To arrange a collection or if you require an additional information, please call us on 1 800 818 624  with your order number.

If you require a refund, this will be processed back to the original card used for payment at our Head Office after the items are received back into our warehouse.

If you would like an exchange then please call us for a collection where your items will be refunded as above. You can then go ahead and place a new order online at your own convenience.


Can I get a VAT refund?

All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery. For deliveries to the EU, this price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate. Although this price is the same for deliveries outside the EU, where VAT (or VAT equivalent) may not be applicable, customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax treatment and will pay the same price for the item as a customer placing an order for delivery to the EU. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

If you are a VAT registered trader, we can provide a VAT receipt in respect of the items purchased from Tripp.
For purchases from, please quote your order number and send your request to Tax Team, Tripp Ltd, 2 - 5 St Johns Square, London, EC1M 4DE (or email to Any VAT receipts will be made out to the name and address used when the order was placed.
