‘Almost Perfect’ stock is made up of limited pieces from our Retro collection. These cases have a sticker attached to their front panel.  The sticker needs to be removed in a certain way to prevent any sticky residue being left on the case.  Please see instructions below.

How do I remove the sticky label?

The label can be removed very easily with a hairdryer and does not leave any sticky residue. The label needs to be heated with hairdryer held about 5-10 cms away and then the sticker can gently be peeled off. It takes around 2 minutes of heating to remove. Please see video below:

Is the functionality of the case affected?

No not at all, the sticky label is on the surface of the case only and has no impact on the suitcases functionality. Once the label has been removed correctly the case is in perfect, new condition.

What would happen if I do not use a hairdryer to remove the label?

Removing the sticker without using a hairdryer will likely leave a sticky residue behind. If that doesn’t bother you then the sticky residue would not impact the functionality of the case however dust could be attracted to the residue when in storage or in use.  

It is very quick and easy to remove the sticker using the hairdryer so this is recommended.

Can I refund if I purchase but I’m not happy?

Our Almost Perfect cases are non-refundable for the sticky label.

Is it still under 5 year guarantee?

Yes, rest assured your suitcase would still be covered with a 5 year manufacturer guarantee that covers any manufacturing defects. The sticky residue would not be classed as a manufacturing defect. Read more about our guarantee here
