Every fare includes one personal item, up to 40 x 30 x 15cm, to fit beneath the seat in front of you.
If your fare includes a cabin bag, the maximum size is 56 x 45 x 25cm. Economy cabin baggage is limited to 10kg; Premium allows up to 15kg. Keep your booking confirmation to hand, as your fare determines what is included.
The 15cm depth of the personal item is worth checking carefully. A backpack can become much deeper once filled, so measure it packed rather than relying on how small it looks when empty. Keep your travel documents and other essentials easy to reach, without adding a separate bag beyond your allowance.
On a longer flight, it is useful to keep a light layer, headphones and anything you need during the journey in your personal item. If you are taking a larger cabin case too, weigh both bags in line with the allowance shown in your booking and make sure you can lift your case comfortably into the overhead locker.

Checked luggage is not included with every Norse fare. Your booking confirmation shows whether a bag is included or needs to be added, and the allowance for each bag. Do not assume every Premium ticket includes two checked bags.
A checked bag must stay within 158cm when its length, width and height are added together. For a longer trip, choose a medium suitcase or large suitcase around the length of your stay, then weigh it once packed to stay within your booked allowance.
Keep medication, valuables and essential documents with you rather than in your checked suitcase. If you are checking a bag on a connecting journey, ask the airline where you need to collect it rather than assuming it will be transferred through.
