"Bought this colour for my son. Perfect size for 23kg allowance/2 week holiday.
The zipped side is good for delicate and smaller items. I have this suitcase in pink and lighter blue which have been on at least 6 holidays abroad so far and are fairing very well so I know these are good cases.

"I am extremely pleased with the purchase of the Tripp Navy medium suitcase, especially having purchased at half price. The case was delivered with a slight issue of scuff mark on the bevelled edge near the zip, which in no way compromised with the function of the case. I contacted Tripp customer service, and the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The case performed very well on a recent holiday abroad. On that basis I intended to purchase a matching case, disappointing the case is now showing at full price on the site."

"I had issues with the first case as when it arrived the lock was stuck and then trying to get a reply from Tripp was an issue.
However, after that one of the team eventually got back to me and arranged a replacement. The new case was fine and the first one was clearly faulty. I’ve never had issues with Tripp and I’ve used them for years."
