ONLINE: You may buy any product online by adding items to your basket and proceeding to the checkout. You can do this at any time by clicking on the View Basket button in the top right area of any page.

BY PHONE: Simply call 1 800 818 624 to place any order.

Contact Centre Opening Hours

Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6.30pm

Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (excluding bank holidays). Calls are charged at the local rate.

Methods Of Payment

If you choose to shop online we have a wide range of payment options including Visa and Mastercard.

Additionally we can accept Debenhams Account cards, Debenhams Gift cards, American Express and Nectar vouchers when shopping at our departments in Debenhams stores. Unfortunately we are unable to offer these payment facilities online at present.

Acknowledgement of orders

If you place an order at trippluggage.ie you will immediately receive an email confirmation of the order, complete with an order number for reference. You will additionally receive a payment confirmation directly from Protx.

A second confirmation email will be sent once processing is complete and the goods have been scheduled for delivery. Please quote your order reference number on all enquires relating to your order to allow us to support you efficiently.
